Technology enhances
every part of education
at Central Michigan University. CMU's multimedia classrooms, state-of-the-art
computer laboratories, discipline-specific hardware and software systems,
high-tech library,
and student administrative systems provide support for student research and interactive learning. Our
student-to-computer ratio is 11-to-1, better than the national average of
17-to-1, and we continuously add computers for student use. The
Learning Initiative for the Incoming Class of
2002 details our commitment to excellence and innovation in the use of
technology.
